Samia Petit began drawing before she could talk, read, or write. Her work is entirely hand-drawn, inspired by her personal experiences and rooted in traditional techniques.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in a large, loving, and faith-filled family, she dedicates everything she creates to her mother, who watches over her from above.
